Loyalty Cards Terms and Conditions

• We calculate your credit earned on qualifying purchases, by giving your card a 'punch' every time you spend $10.00 in store. For every $200.00 you spend with us, you receive a $20.00 credit towards your next purchase.
• The credit can be redeemed on any full priced purchase.
• Only one $20.00 credit is redeemable per transaction.
• Up to 3 credits may be used on full priced purchases of $500.00 and over.

You can not redeem a 'punch';

• On items already discounted from the original RRP e.g sale or discounted items.
• On the purchase from which the credit was applied.
• On a sale after the sale has been finalised; A punch can not be awarded retrospectively.
• On account or lay by arrangement.
• On Glass houses, Vegepods, water features, Fermob furniture, fresh flower bouquets or items on consignment.
• Online purchases.

The credit may not be used;

• In conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
• To purchase a gift voucher.
• To purchase a glass house, Vegepod, water feature, Fermob furniture, fresh flower bouquets or items on consignment.
• For online purchases.

Terms and Conditions
The Loyalty Card remains the property of Villa Ridge Garden Centre and must be returned on request.

Use of the Loyalty Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Where the purchase price in a single transaction is less than the value of the credit, no change will be given. Where the purchase price exceeds the value of the credit, you must pay the difference.

If you return any items purchased which utilised your credit, the value of the credit may be subtracted from the return credit.

One credit per customer per transaction.

The terms of our in store Loyalty Card may be varied from time to time at the absolute discretion of Villa Ridge Garden Centre management. Changes will be notified here on the website. We will not provide any consideration for benefits gained or lost by any changes. 

The Loyalty Card programme may be terminated or suspended at any time without notice to you. 

Villa Ridge may revoke your entitlement to a loyalty card at any time without notice for any reason (including but not limited to fraudulent use of the card or behaviour which in the view of Villa Ridge, is not acceptable).

The credit is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

From time to time, Villa Ridge may provide you with additional offers or promotions in connection with your loyalty card. These terms shall apply to any such promotion. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific terms of the promotion shall apply.

You will be required to surrender your card once the credit has been utilised.

Villa Ridge does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged loyalty cards or any resulting theft of credit.
